Sales Manager Home Entertainment
The Home Entertainment Sales Team, Sweden, are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to own the development and implementation of customer plans for Assigned accounts, delivering to company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Take responsibility for development of Sales Driven Activities for Fox Catalogue, TV Catalogue and MGM catalogue
· Identify new potential distribution channels
· Partner with Marketing Team to support development of Marketing Driven Activities per reporting group, that can be translated into successful customer plans
· Responsible for initiating and running annual negotiations at customer level ensuring that terms are reviewed and revised if necessary
· Represent TCFHE at various external sales/trade events
· Customer responsibility as outlined in key account matrix
· The Sales Manager role will be without staff responsibility and will be reporting to the Sales Director
Key Skills Required:
· An experienced sales executive or Key Account Manager with a background in the Home Entertainment (film, music, games) or retail industry (Fast Moving Consumer Goods in particular)
· Strong analytical capability and business acumen, with the ability to drive internal business planning
· Impeccable client/customer management skills, with a collaborative, open and honest approach to building both internal and external relationships
· Experienced in providing sales support of the highest level, with a desire to ‘step up’ and move to a more strategic environment
· Experience working for a global company is preferred but not essential
· Fluency in business English

· Highly motivated, driven by a desire to succeed, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
· Excellent influencing skills
· Team player with the ability to interact with ease at all levels of personnel
· Calm under pressure
