Marketing Manager Feature New Release
The SF Home Entertainment Team is looking for an Marketing Manager to handle the Twentieth Century Fox Label in the business segment “Feature New Release” across the Nordic region. The primary purpose of the position is to develop and implement marketing plans that deliver assigned Nordic budget and ultimate goals. The Marketing Manager role will be without staff responsibility and will be reporting to the SVP for SF Home Entertainment. However, because of the nature of the role the day to day direction will be given by the Marketing Director of TCFHE.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and commit overall and detailed marketing objectives and plans with sales in Sweden.
· Supervise the design, creation and distribution of marketing support, merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
· Plan, develop and evaluate media campaigns in cooperation with media and advertising agencies in Sweden.
· Timely develop sales support materials and selling product presentations.
· Together with Marketing Director TCFHE be part of the IRP (Integrated Release Planning) evaluation process
· With Sales Director TCFHE, joint counterpart for Swedish SF Rental sales organization
Key Skills Required:
· An experienced Marketing Manager or Product Manager with a background in the Home Entertainment (film, music, games) or retail industry (Fast Moving Consumer Goods in particular)
· Strong analytical capability and business acumen, with the ability to drive internal business planning
· Proven ability to drive projects with many stake holders and across multiple national territories.
· Experience from reporting in international organizations’.
· Fluency in business English

· Excellent influencing skills
· Team player with the ability to interact with ease at all levels of personnel
· Calm under pressure
Location:
The role will be based in TCFHE Nordic offices in Solna (Gamla Filmstaden).
